WILLIAM CARDENAS RUBIO

William Cárdenas Rubio is a lawyer, diplomat and a professional bullfighter. He has devoted his career to the practice of international relations and international law in areas such as international criminal law, human rights, asylum and refugees, immigration, international business and litigation in international courts, multilateral cultural affairs, protection of cultural heritage and the lex taurina.

 

His consulting practice focuses on those areas where advice is tailored to the needs of individual cases.

 

He participates continuously in Spanish Media on issues related to democracy in Latin America and to the defense of Cultural Heritage.

 

William Cárdenas is the President of the International Association of Tauromachy (AIT) and Secretary General of the International Court of Arbitraje Taurino (CIART) in Madrid.

 

He is co-founder of the Democratic Platform of Venezuelans in Spain.

 

He completed his law degree and a B.A. on International Relations at  the Universidad Central de Venezuela.
